Read each product description, platform requirement, version and price before purchasing. Free and paid materials are for authorised learning. A purchase provides access to the described digital package; it does not grant permission to test anyone else’s systems.

Prices are shown at checkout. USD is the base price. Display currency is estimated from your IP country. Checkout confirms the conversion rate and final ZMW amount charged by Lipila; your card issuer may apply its own conversion or fees. A paid download unlocks after the payment provider confirms the matching transaction. Personalised projects require a separate written scope and agreed quote before work begins.

A lab pass is a single payment for the stated number of days. It includes only the labs marked as included, requires a verified account and does not renew automatically. Extensions add time after current access. New downloads end at expiry; downloaded files remain subject to responsible-use terms. Newsletter signup is optional and free.

If a download is broken, the package does not match its description, or a payment appears duplicated, contact contact@cyberlenslab.com with your order reference. We will investigate and discuss a remedy or refund where appropriate. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
